What is Shaking?
Shaking is the oldest and newest self-care tool on Earth. It is our bodies natural response to releasing stress, tension and trauma. A simple yet powerful technique, its aim is to release stuck energy in the body, which can build up over time.
By incorporating movement with complete stillness, Shaking sessions provide our whole being with a wonderful setting to become powerfully realigned.
There are no rules in Shaking. No choreography, no routine and zero judgement. There is no right or wrong way to move. The aim is to let the body move to the music however it wants to. Just let it happen naturally.
It is also a fun way to relax, reenergise and reset ourselves.
